1. About us

2. Warranty

• Standard manufacturer warranty applies to all products.

3. Payment methods

• M-Pesa, Cash, Bank Transfer, Visa / Mastercard, Pay on Delivery (Nairobi CBD).

4. Delivery

• Same-day delivery within Nairobi CBD for orders placed before 2pm.
• Countrywide courier via G4S, Wells Fargo, or Easy Coach (24-72 hours).
• Free delivery on orders over Ksh 50,000 within Nairobi.

5. Returns & refunds

• 14-day return window on unopened items in original packaging.
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of return receipt.
• Software, consumables (toners, inks) and clearance items are non-returnable once opened.

6. Pricing & availability

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Stock levels shown on the site are indicative; we will contact you if an item becomes unavailable after order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
